The Laboratory has internet access to the online registration platform of the Shandong Provincial Copyright Bureau. It also generates digital certificates via blockchain technology, boasting mature processes and authoritative certificates which effectively prove the rights ownership of works. Additionally, it provides comprehensive support for management of new copyright forms and value realization, truly achieving “digital-physical” integration and facilitating the development of cultural digital assets.

The Laboratory supports copyright transfer and licensing, including the authorization of property rights such as reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, screening, broadcasting, network dissemination, filming, adaptation, translation, and compilation.
