Vice President ZHAO Chao Listed in "2022 Forbes China Intelligent Industrial Design Selection - Designer Top 10"

The Award Ceremony of 2022 Forbes China Intelligent Industrial Design Selection was held on March 11. Mr. LU Xiaobo, Senior Professor of Liberal Arts of Tsinghua University and President of the Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research was invited as award presenter. Mr. ZHAO Chao, Associate Dean of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, and Vice President of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research won the "2022 Forbes China Intelligent Industrial Design Selection - Designer Top 10" award.

Mr. ZHAO Chao is currently the Associate Dean of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, Vice President of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research, Executive Deputy Director of the Art & Science Research Center, Tsinghua University, and Founder/Director of the Institute of Health Care Industry Innovative Design under the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. He is the Chairperson of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD) Tsinghua University Committee, a member of Beijing Standing Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and a member of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of CPPCC. Mr. ZHAO Chao is mainly devoted to the research and practice of user experience, health care product and service design, elderly-oriented design, social innovation, cultural transfer design and other fields. Mr. ZHAO Chao has served as a leader in many product and service innovation design projects for national ministries and commissions and large-scale enterprises at home and abroad to accelerate the industrialization of design research in the context of new technologies. The design projects that he has been responsible for have won dozens of awards such as Red Dot Award, Red Star Design Award, Excellence Awards in the National Exhibition of Fine Arts, and National Key & New Product Award.
