Vice President WANG Jiansong indicated that the current focus is to collaborate with university resources, and TASA is currently in contact with various institutions like the Office of Technology Transfer and Research & Development Affairs Office of Tsinghua University, as well as with different departments, hoping to receive assistance from AADTHU and cooperate with Tsinghua University’s resources. Simultaneously, TASA is engaging in extensive resource exchanges and collaborations with the government, enterprises, and sister institutions and academies, aiming to enhance social visibility through joint construction and event organization.

马赛

The visiting leaders highly praised TASA’s achievements in all aspects after carefully listening to the report. President MA Sai pointed out that the core development goal of TASA is to generate value from the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and should maintain the current momentum of industrial introduction efforts, integrate the upstream and downstream industrial chains, maintain close collaboration with leading companies, and enhance self-sustaining capabilities. At the same time, TASA should support the academic development and talent cultivation of AADTHU, strengthen the connectivity of resources, and form a virtuous cycle. He suggested that TASA could invite groups of teachers and students from AADTHU to participate in summer practice activities at TASA and utilize labs such as Advanced Manufacturing and Design Prototype Laboratory to support students in practical achievement implementation.

覃川

Secretary QIN Chuan pointed out that as an outsourced academy of THU, TASA is also an important platform in the development layout of AADTHU and should clearly focus on the development task of transforming achievements, establish a coordinated mechanism among AADTHU, TASA, and Tsinghua Arts and Design Institute in Milan (ADIM), and support disciplinary development of THU. It is planned to develop an industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform at TASA, integrating resources of talent cultivation, scientific research, and achievement transformation to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between AADTHU and local industries through a series of academic and industrial activities. He suggested that TASA should establish an enterprise cooperation committee with leading companies as the main focus, deepening the development in key industries such as health care and smart home, and fostering in-depth cooperation with enterprises.
