Overview of the Center
The Arts and Science Experience Center is located in Building 1 of the Academy, with 3 floors in the building, a building height of 23.8 meters and a total construction area of about 23,000 square meters, including an area of 13,582 square meters on the ground and 9,580 square meters under the ground. The Arts and Science Experience Center includes nearly 5,000 square meters of art exhibition area, art experience area, scientific exhibition area, scientific experience area and other comprehensive exhibition areas and large-scale conference areas. It undertakes the achievement exhibition of integration and innovation of arts and science, forms a regional culture and art center, and creates a brand of art and design exhibition.

Achievement Exhibition of Tsinghua BMW Innovation Center for ICH Safeguarding
Since 2016, for the purpose of the "BMW China Culture Journey", we have annually selected ICH inheritors to participate in research and training at the Tsinghua BMW Innovation Center for ICH Safeguarding, building a bridge for "intangible cultural heritage into modern life". In 2019, the Tsinghua BMW Innovation Center for ICH Safeguarding was newly upgraded, and AADTHU, BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd., BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., and Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research (TASA) co-organized and co-opened the "2019 Training Class of Tsinghua BMW Innovation Center for ICH Safeguarding", further improving the inheritors' artistic vision and cultural creativity.

Exhibition Requirements
- The contents of the exhibition shall conform to the requirements of national laws and regulations and the purpose of Art and Scientific Experience Center of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research.

(1) Including Exhibition Application Form, Exhibition Overview (PowerPoint format), List of Exhibits
(2) The picture or image data of the exhibition works and their explanatory text, the picture size of the works 1M-3M, the pixel above 300dpi, the format of jpg. Please provide the complete version of the image data.
(3) Materials of the exhibitors, including resumes, photos and related introductions. (4) Special use instructions for the site. - Submission mode of application materials
The exhibition applicant is required to submit the application materials in the form of paper and CD-ROM. The application materials can be mailed or delivered directly to the exhibition department of the museum. The contact details can be found at the bottom of the website. - Submission time of application materials
In order to enable the review to begin in an orderly manner, the applicant is requested to submit the exhibition application materials no later than 6 months before the opening of the exhibition. For foreign-related exhibitions or exhibitions with works kept in foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and requiring to be inbound, the applicant is requested to submit the exhibition application materials no later than 12 months before the opening of the exhibition.

Expert Review
- Prior to the formal signing of the exhibition agreement, all exhibitions and activities undertaken by Art and Scientific Experience Center of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research are subject to review by Review Committee of the museum and relevant departments. After the review, the museum will confirm it with the applicant.
