Introduction

The Intelligent Agriculture Workshop of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research (TASA) is an R&D institution in the field of intelligent agriculture jointly established by TASA and Liangmu Cloud Agricultural Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.


Leveraging the interdisciplinary advantages of universities, the Workshop focuses on innovation and R&D in areas of agricultural robots, agricultural big data, AI large models, and biotechnology applications. It brings together agricultural engineering experts, AI algorithm talents, digital system architects, and art design specialists, building a compound innovation team dedicated to “technology R&D - intelligent integration - scenario optimization.” It also delves into modular intelligent agricultural factories and standardized and scenario-based applications, aiming to forge an innovation platform integrating technology R&D, solution design, and achievement transformation. Guided by the core concept of empowering agriculture with AI and reconstructing agricultural scenarios with technology, the Workshop breaks through the limitations of traditional agricultural spaces and management, providing end-to-end solutions for scenarios such as urban farms, facility agriculture upgrades, and emergency support agriculture, and facilitating the transformation of agriculture towards efficiency, low carbon, and recyclability.
