2024 Year-end Summary Meeting of Co-built Institutions Held by TASA
In order to promote TASA's co-built institutions to play the role of technology R&D, achievement transformation, and other functions under the six innovation parts, and serve TASA's high-quality development, the 2024 Year-end Summary Meeting for Co-built Institutions was officially held by Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research (TASA) on January 10. WANG Jiansong, Executive Vice President of TASA, and heads of the co-built institutions attended the meeting.

The purpose of this meeting was to comprehensively review the work achievements of each co-built institution of TASA in 2024, deeply exchange the development experience, clearly define the work direction and goals for 2025, and continuously promote the building of the interdisciplinary and cross-field innovation eco-platforms of TASA, so as to form a new pattern of good interaction and synergistic development. The heads of the co-built institutions respectively reported on the key work of their institutions in 2024, work plans for 2025, and opinions and suggestions for the development of their institutions.

WANG Jiansong, Executive Vice President of TASA, in his concluding speech, affirmed the achievements of all institutions and emphasized the significance and unique value of TASA in establishing six innovation platforms and opening up and building R&D institutions. He pointed out that in future development, it is expected that each institution will clarify its positioning, actively expand its ideas, deeply integrate technology, culture, and science, explore characteristic development paths, and pioneer win-win cooperation models. TASA will support and assist each co-built institution, promote the normalization of resource exchange, improve publicity and promotion through we-media platforms, and help institutions to grow and develop, so as to jointly build a highland of art and science innovation, comprehensively propel TASA to new heights, and achieve leapfrog development.

After the meeting, to further enhance the exchanges and cooperation among institutions, the heads of all institutions visited several institutions and departments, such as the Laboratory of Intelligent Construction and Smart Materials, the Color Design and Application Lab, and the Future Habitat Culture and Industry Research Center.
Attendees at the meeting comprehensively summarized the experience, forged a common vision for development, clarified the future direction, and also provided effective work plans for resource sharing and external cooperation among institutions, contributing to the high-quality development of TASA.
