TASA Collaborates with Portrait Displays to Launch World’s First Calman® Supported Digital Color Laboratory

Portrait Displays, a global leader in color calibration solutions, recently announced an educational partnership with the Color Design and Application Laboratory of Tsinghua (Qingdao) Academy of Arts and Science Innovation Research (hereinafter referred to as TASA) to establish the world's first Calman® Supported Digital Color Laboratory. This collaboration seeks to advance the precision of color accuracy, enhance color science research, and cultivate future talent in the industry. The Color Design and Application Laboratory serves as a vital platform that bridges academic research with industrial applications. Building on over a decade of expertise, it integrates theoretical and applied research in key disciplines such as color design, color science, color psychology and color economics. It is dedicated to advancing digital color research technologies, promoting industry standards, and creating a vibrant space for knowledge exchange among professionals, researchers, and designers.

The Calman® Supported Digital Color Laboratory integrates Portrait Displays’ industry-leading Calman® color calibration technology and solutions with the renowned academic and research expertise of TASA.
